BA
Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information
technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card
and Home Loans, Legacy Asset
Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment
Management lines of business at Bank of America.
Customer Banking Technology (CBT): Drives delivery of integrated technology solutions across
consumer channels including ATM, banking center, and contact centers.
Involved
in the development and maintenance support of applications in Customer
Banking Technology area including Testing support to Channels &
projects.
Provides governance around several topics/initiatives including Contact Center Desktop, Interact, Base 24, COMMIT,
Customer Claims Management System (CCMS), Fraud Detection Service Layer (FDSL), IVR etc.
Job Description (Overview of Role)
The individual will be part of Java development team for BCT - INTERACT application. He/She will be required to
collaborate with both internal and external global teams across various locations for project delivery.
Responsibilities
·
Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions
·
Ensure adherence to locally defined standards for all developed components
·
Provide
review and assessment service to the peer team adding value to the
overall business. (Architecture, design, code, QA and implementation)
·
Work in Agile and SDLC methodologies to own and deliver the value added services
·
Write code to specification and compliant to standards
·
Establish and practice industry standards, best practices and guidelines in technology
·
Raise any technology issues encountered, with management and keep them informed of the progress, risks and issues
Desired Skills
- 3 - 7 yrs of experience in developing applications using Core Java and J2ee technologies
- Expertise in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Java Script
- Should have worked on web services (SOAP and REST) across platforms
- Hands on experience in frameworks like Struts/Spring/Hibernate
- Experience in JDBC, XML based Technologies
- Good understanding of OOP, UML and object oriented design concepts

B.E./ B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech
