Should be strong in core Java/J2EE
Should be strong in Servlets, JSP ,JDBC.
 Should be Strong in Struts1.x,Hibernate, Spring ..
. Should have fair knowledge of webservices SOAP and REST.
 Should be strong in JQuery , Javascript.
 Should be strong with oracle sl/plsql.
 Should be strong in DB concepts - Oracle/MySQL.
 Should be strong in Weblogic Server.
