Job Description:
* 3 to 6 years' experience in Java development & programming and analysis experience
* Experience in Struts, JSP, Action Classes Java Script, Web services
* Hands on experience on Sql query writing
* Works closely with support teams to drive internal client satisfaction by quickly addressing system issues.
* Troubleshoot internal product issues, providing root cause analysis and solution recommendations including workarounds, scope, risks and impacts to system and/or projects.
* demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to producing commercially viable software
* Demonstrates zero-defect programming standard
* Demonstrated ability to identify and influence process and standards
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Able to logically identify and correct causes of problems based on results of tests and symptoms.
* Demonstrated ability to work through problems in production systems
