Software skills
Mandatory:
* At least 4+ years of experience working with Java/JavaEE based projects with very strong Object Oriented design skills
* application Experience of working with one or more of the major servers - Jboss, Weblogic, Websphere, Oracle Application Server
* Experience in either Spring or Seam
Strong knowledge in any one of the major MVC frameworks - JSF,* Struts, Wicket, GWT
* Demonstrable knowledge of either Hibernate or Toplink
* Good understanding of JPA and JPQL
* Familiarity with build tools like Maven and or Ant
* Any experience of Web services & JMS is desirable

Desirable:
* Experience using ESBs like Mule
* Experience of using BPM tools like JBPM
* Rule engines like Drools
* Knowledge of BPEL
* Experience working with Agile tools: Jira, Wiki etc.
