SKILLSET 1: Should have expert working knowledge on the following technologies.
*Expert in Core Java/J2EE
*Expert on EJB, Have created and worked on Session/Entity/ Message Beans
*Have worked on Message driven architecture using Websphere MQ or related products.
*Expert knowledge on Web services, SOA models
*Exceptional debugging skills .
*Worked on enterprise applications with multiple integration scenarios. Knowledge of Enterprise Integration appliances (eg Datapower Xi 50)
*Working knowledge of Web sphere Application Server 7
*Working knowledge of using RAD 8 IDE
*Knowledge on UI framework like Ext JS
*Ability to integrate and use tools like splunk, dynatrace, introscope.
*Knowledge on SVN and other build tools/continuous integration tools.
*Ability to write simple queries in SQL

*The role involves individual code development and providing guidance and design suggestions to team members . Involved in doing Code reviews.
*Ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders (developers, project managers, senior management , all other project stakeholders)
*Ability to work and deliver on multiple project under constraints.
*Able to come up with multiple solution to a problem and ability to make decisions to follow the best fit.

Good to have :

*Working knowledge of .net/ WCF
*Working knowledge on PL/SQL queries, Oracle
*Document Management Technology domain knowledge
*Knowledge on Filenet/Captiva
*Knowledge of OCR/Imaging technology.
*Knowledge of banking domain.

SKILLSET 2 : * At least 3+ years of experience working with Java/JavaEE based projects with very strong Object Oriented design skills
application* Experience of working with one or more of the major servers - Jboss, Weblogic, Websphere, Oracle Application Server
* Experience in either Spring or Seam
Strong knowledge in any one of the major MVC frameworks Struts, Wicket, GWT*- JSF,
* Demonstrable knowledge of either Hibernate or Toplink
* Good understanding of JPA and JPQL
* Familiarity with build tools like Maven and or Ant
* Any experience of Web services & JMS is desirable

Desirable:
* Experience using ESBs like Mule
* Experience of using BPM tools like JBPM
* Rule engines like Drools
* Knowledge of BPEL
* Experience working with Agile tools: Jira, Wiki etc.
