Mandatory Qualifications:

MCA/BE/BTech or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 yrs experience.
Java, PHP, Apache, Tomcat / jBoss, Spring, Hibernate / any other ORM, JS, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Windows, Linux.
Experience in technologies like PHP / Java frameworks, content management systems, workflow engines, business rules engines.
Should be strong in design concepts using object oriented programming.
Unit testing (preferably, TDD) and scrum methodology experience.
Experience on Spring MVC, jBPM or some workflow engine experience
Good communication & interpersonal skills will be required. Should be ready to travel as necessary.
