Job Description
Provide day to day support on content to Deloitte.com working on Adobe CQ5 (Adobe Experience Manager)
Interact with the project/team leads in managing the project pipeline and volumes of postings on a day to day basis
Provide daily reports as required - follow seamless communication guidelines and adhere to project protocols
Handle assigned volumes to ensure meeting agreed upon deadlines - strict adherence to workflow requirements.
Report in to Content Management Service Area Lead
Survey tool support (creating surveys and reporting)
Post social media updates (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Proactively interact with the Digital Marketing team in managing the project pipeline and volumes of postings
Manage projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines - following efficient workflow requirements - to meet stakeholder expectations
Ability and Skills Required:
Content Management System (CMS) (Ability to publish, edit and modify content alongside organizing content on interface and maintaining sites)
Strong understanding/working on Content Management tools or web building tools* (preferred Adobe CQ5, Vignette, any other content management tool(s))
Working knowledge on Java, JQuery, SharePoint and HTML*
Good communication skills - But not a high pre-requisite
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Ability to work with teams and individually
