Java developer - 3 - 5 Years

Job description:
- Write efficient code, Debug and resolve issues, Develop deep Product knowledge
- Works with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and Database Analysts to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objective.
- Results-oriented, knowledge of new and legacy technologies, knowledge of the relevant platforms and environments, and familiar with business processes, functions and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.
- Creates sophisticated and efficient back-end solutions for a large scale Human Capital Management system.
- Develops high-quality code, establishes development standards and practices by example.
- Designs reusable components by utilizing various standard frameworks.
- Reviews other team members' code and offer suggestions and tips to improve code efficiency and performance.
- Participates effectively in relevant aspects of software development life cycle (SDLC) including planning, construction, testing, reviews and demonstrations.

Eligibility/ equired Skills/Experience
- B.E or MCA with 3 - 5 years of experience in web application development in Java/Web/SQL development
- Very strong knowledge in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Javascript, SQL and Web Services
- Good working experience with Oracle and any MVC framework (Example: Struts)
- Object-oriented development
- RESTful web services implementation
- XML and JSON
- Experience working in an agile process
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on JavaScript/AJAX or any UI technologies is added advantage
