This is not a walk in.

Open Positions: Java,J2ee Developer/ Senior Developers/ Lead/ Tech Managers/Sr. Tech Managers-
1) Very Strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals.
2) Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
3) Should have expertise in any of the two following frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Struts.
4) Good experience with Web Services or JMS is a plus.
5) Very good communication skills.
6) Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential.
7) Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
Note: Ideal If the candidate has experience on Java-UI frameworks like JavaScript, Jquery, JSon, Dojo, ExtJS, DWR, GWT, YUI, Wicket, HTML4/5, CSS3 will be an Add on.
