* 2-4 years' experience in Web application development in Java/J2EE with Oracle backend and having ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business situations.
* Experience with application design using Design Patterns, Good understanding of Object Oriented concepts.
* 2+ years' experience with Relational Databases using SQL. Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is a plus
* Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, XSL, XML and HTML is essential.
* Experience with Struts, Web Services is a plus.

As the Security Architect, you will be part of the R&D team within the ILM and Data Security Business Unit. You will report to the Director of Engineering and will work closely with R&D, product managers to bring this new product to market.
Your Opportunity
The position is suited for highly motivated and energetic individuals with a desire to work on the development of products. You will design and implement the next generation ILM and Data Security products for integrating complex heterogeneous systems and applications using cutting edge technologies.
One, who has highly motivated, experienced and a professional with a good understanding of object oriented design and programming. One who exhibit excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills & have good experience in web based product development.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Development team, you will be responsible for
* Small features or component development
* May author smaller functional or design specifications or sections of larger specifications. Gathers review feedback and finalizes specifications.
* Produces implementations from existing functional specifications and designs. Able to design small areas of code.
* Implement, unit test, and bug-fix well-defined functionality that satisfies stipulated requirements. Deliverable reviews result in rework, as errors are detected.
* Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
* Works on problems of limited scope. Leads small units of work.
* Suggests new implementation mechanisms and small enhancements.
* Able to produce reasonable estimates for small to medium sized tasks. Meets project schedules.
* Participates in reviews of related components.
* Contact with others is primarily internal. Communicates where necessary to complete feature work in hand. Interacts with other groups on same components as required. Works effectively with all team members and proactively communicates within and across teams to discuss problems and solutions.
* Reviews QA test specifications and feature documents.
* Working on scalable, highly available and high performance multi-threaded servers.
