Ness Technologies looking for "Senior Developer - Java with UI" for Bangalore location.
Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MSc/ BSc
Exp: min 3 to 5 yrs
(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
* Should be able to develop and deliver assigned features of the product within the stipulated timelines and with high quality.
* Should be able to highlight risks at appropriate times
* Should be able to learn and ramp up on a new codebase and product on an accelerated path.
(2) Competencies - Technical / Functional and Managerial
All the skills are must unless specified.
Mandatory:
* Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science / IT or MCA with consistent and good academic track record
* Must have Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills.
* Must be familiar with Agile based development.
* Must be very strong in Java and OOPS concepts
* Must be good in Struts 1 and Struts 2
* Must be good in WebServices
* Must be strong in JSP, JavaScript, Html, CSS
* Should have exposure to databases, queries, etc
* Very good communication skills
