Skills specification:
Should have very strong basics knowledge in the skillsets and should be a very high caliber resources.
Should be a high caliber Java Developers with solid, hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EEE, JSP, Servlets
Should have Hands on Experience in Web services
Hands on experience in any of the frameworks like Struts, Spring, JSF, etc.,
Strong knowledge in Swings knowledge is mandatory
Thorough understanding of usage of the fundamental concepts like Exception Handling, Static block/variables/classes , OOPS concepts, Collections, Multi-Threading, http sessions, session handling,
Servlets/JSP life cycle, JDBC, actions, events, implicit objects, custom tags, context Exposure to an industry-standard database (Oracle or Sybase) on a UNIX platform.
Knowledge of the Concepts related to weblogic, iPlanet, JBoss Good written and spoken English with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with your teammates.
Should have sound knowledge of the concepts and should be able to demonstrate application of the same in required scenarios.
Well hands to work as an individual contributor to interact and work with clients.
Should have hands on experience in SDLC.
Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
Should have an excellent client interaction background with Smart, Innovative, Enthusiastic and Proactive
