Roles and Responsibilities:
- Offering targeted technical engagements to solve business problems to Microsoft Gold Partners by identifying opportunities and delivering services proactively Organization / Delivery of services such as Technical Webcasts, Presentations, Skills Transfer, Architecture planning/guidance to partners on Microsoft Solutions.
- Be a point of contact for all proactive technical engagements
- Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with the customers and thoroughly documenting their cases.
- Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.
- Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
- Working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership for product improvement in key product areas.

Candidate Profile
- 3 - 10 years of experience
- Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies
- Advanced technical problem solving skills
- Experience delivering technical presentations

The position requires working in NIGHT SHIFTS.
