1.Excellent communication skills
2.Good troubleshooting skills
3. 2 to 5 years of experience

5.Strong in UI Technologies like HTML,CSS,Javascript,Jquery
5.Good in Core Java, J2ee,OOPS concepts, JMS,webservers and App servers
6.Good with Advance Java (J2EE)
7.Should have worked on one or two real time projects involving Java technologies
8.Knowledge on application server is +
