Service desk (2-4 Yrs)Provide Service Desk services on a 24x7x365 basis. Log and dispatch or transfer Incident and Service Request Tickets as defined in the Procedures Manual. Prioritize Incidents and Service Requests in accordance with the defined Priority Levels, or as directed by Client. Perform Incident or Problem analysis, including identification of the source of the Problem and the level of support required to resolve such Problem. Resolve the Incident or Problem with Level 1 Support, if possible. Route Incident reports and Service Requests requiring Level 2 and Level 3 Support to the appropriate support group for resolution. Dispatch or arrange for Level 2 Support, Level 3 Support, or on-site support, if required, for Incident or Problem determination and resolution.Provide, program and maintain the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) equipment required to provide the Services.
