Required Skills and Knowledge : 1. Development experience in Java and J2EE. 2. Excellent Coding and testing skills are must. 3. Excellent troubleshooting skills are must. 4. Should be extremely skillful in Advanced Java, J2EE frameworks. 5. Should have exposure to Object oriented design, Design Patterns and basics of UML. 6. Exposure to Spring, O/R Mapping framework(preferably - Hibernate) is must. 7. Should have worked in Unix environment. 8. Should have exposure to SQL. 9. Should have exposure to at least one application server/web server. 10. Exposure to SDLC is must. 11. Exposure to EJB, profilers, junit is added advantage. 12. Exposure to NMS/EMS is an additional plus. 13. Good written, verbal skills are a must. 14. Must be a self starter and able to perform tasks with a nominal amount of supervision. 15. Good analytical skills are must.
