Technical Skills for Java Developer:- Technical Skills: -- 3-5 years of experience in Core Java and J2EE -- Working experience on large scale design and Architecture of Enterprise Application Development. -- Excellent in building multithreaded applications -- Excellent understanding of Message bus based Architectures -- Should have preferably worked in performance enhancing of enterprise applications -- Strong Knowledge in J2EE and WebSphere Technologies. -- Extensive experience of working with various Application Servers; WebSphere. -- Desirable to have Knowledge in frameworks like Struts, spring or Hibernate (Optional). -- Desirable to have knowledge in AS400 (not a must) -- Strong Algorithms and Data Structures knowledge -- Extensive experience with Object Oriented Programming. -- Experience in developing web-services.
