	Education:   (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization) OR (PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers) OR (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization) Desired skills and expertise: Preferably looking candidates from PRODUCT BASED ORGANISATION BS or MS in Computer Science, Maths or Engineering 3+ years of experience in enterprise class, web-based software development Solid background of Java based web system design and development Exposure to web application frameworks like Struts a plus Detailed knowledge of web technologies: HTML, XML, Object Oriented JavaScript, JQuery, Web services (SOAP and RESTful), and Web communication protocols  Exposure to other JavaScript frameworks like Backbone.js, AngularJS, Moustache a plus Experience with large scale enterprise system tuning and scalability Proficient with rapid development methodology Proficient in web servers, application servers (like Tomcat, JBoss, Pramati) and scripting in Linux environment Experience deploying applications on Amazon Web Services or similar cloud computing platforms is a plus Experience with scaling MySQL is a plus Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra a plus Detail-oriented, results-oriented and pragmatic but innovative and creative Strong customer experience focus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and customer needs Committed to deliver on time according to requirements and business needs Experience in Agile Scrum development methodology is a plus
