Exp: 2 to 5yrs;

Skills specification:
Should have hands on experience in Requirement gathering involves client interaction, Analysis, design and development using Java& J2ee
Should have experience in Struts, Spring and Hibernate
Knowledge in Web services is nice to have
Should have experience in JDBC, Servlets, Eclipse, ANT, Maven
Knowledge of common design patterns and their application
Should have experience in Web Development tools ((X) HTML, CSS, JS, Browser quirks and testing)
Should have experience in tools like Version Control (SVN, CVS, etc.), Unit Testing, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Performance Testing, Profiling, Debugging
Should have experience designing, developing, administering, deploying, and testing relational database platforms, esp. Oracle or MySQL
Experience in Systems Administration (Linux/UNIX, scripting, monitoring, configuration management, patching, maintenance, policy, etc.) is preferable
